USER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Jarteppa Consulting SL, NIF: B75510297, legal address: Moll de Barcelona s/n, edifici Est, 2ª planta. 08039, Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), regarding the use of the electronic cryptocurrency wallet USDT Wallet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

By registering on the Platform, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Registration and Account
2.1. To use the Platform, the User must complete the registration by providing accurate information.
2.2. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials and must not share them with third parties.

3. User Obligations
The User agrees to:

• Comply with the laws of Spain and the EU;
• Not use the Platform for illegal activities, including money laundering and terrorism financing;
• Not share access to their account with third parties.

4. Operator Obligations
The Operator agrees to:

• Ensure the secure functioning of the Platform;
• Store and protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
• Comply with the laws of Spain and the EU.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to the User’s account;
• Actions of third parties, including hacker attacks;
• Interruptions in the Platform’s operation caused by technical reasons.

6. Data Storage and Processing
All personal data of Users is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.

7. Changes to the Agreement
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement by publishing the updated version on the Platform’s website.
